Mercedes-Benz India inaugurated two new service stations in New Delhi recently. The carmaker has collaborated with Silver Arrows, which now has a total of five outlets spread across Delhi, Ghaziabad and Noida.
The new facilities are specially designed for dedicated jobs. One of it is a body and paint facility that spreads across 23,101 sq. ft. and was built in eight months with an investment of 5.5 crores. Over 20 service technicians have been employed which can carry on work of 125 cars on 10 bays in a month.
Meanwhile, the other one focuses on Preventive Maintenance and General Repairs (PMGR). This was also built within the same time period and a similar investment, but spreads across 21,111 sq. ft. and gets 11 service bays. Its capability is of servicing 400 cars a month thanks to 30 trained staff. What's more, there's a ‘Premier Express Bay’ for quick service in straight 140 minutes.
Both of these world-class service facilities from Silver Arrows are built with an investment of Rs 11 crores and can cater to over 7500 cars annually. These maintain the global standards of Mercedes-Benz with the perfect mix of luxury, craftsmanship and functionality. With these new outlets, Mercedes-Benz now has 12 outlets in Delhi NCR and 25 dealerships overall in North India. It still is the only premium carmaker to have the highest network reach of 97 dealerships in 47 cities across our country.
