Mercedes-Benz opens its eighth service facility in Kerala

Mercedes-Benz India has joined hands with Rajasree Motors again to inaugurate the eight service outlet in Kerala. This is the carmaker’s second dealership in Kochi and Rajasree Motors’ fifth outlet for Mercedes-Benz in Kerala.

The new dealership is situated in Kochi and was built in eight months with an investment of Rs 2.4 crores. It spreads across 6,285 sq. ft. and boasts of six dedicated service bays including an AMG, a premier express bay and four other dedicated bays for preventive maintenance and general repair. In all, there are 54 skilled professionals specially trained to cater to customers and provide the best of services.

This new dealership will be a one-stop customer service solution for Kochi as well as surrounding areas. The automaker now has 93 facilities in 47 cities across India, making it the highest by any premium car manufacturer in the country. The inauguration of such new outlets helps cater to a wider audience and extend the carmaker's reach to more Tier II and Tier III cities across India.
