- The GLS Grand Edition is available with 350d and 400 variant of the flagship SUV.
- Available across the country with a price tag of Rs 86.90 lakhs (ex-showroom India) for both petrol and diesel variant.

- RSES (Rear Seat Entertainment System) comes as standard with two seven- inch screens for rear passengers.
Mercedes-Benz India has launched a special Grand Edition of the GLS flagship SUV at Rs 86.90 lakhs (ex-showroom India). It is available in both the 350d and 400 guises with special cosmetic additions and creature comfort.
The Grand Edition features Mercedes’ LED Intelligent Light System with unique black rings on the headlamps. This advanced lighting system guarantees more visibility in every situation according to the carmaker. The headlamps automatically adapt to driving and weather situations and have a dipped beam feature which is activated when speed crosses 90kmph mark. There are corner light functions as well combined with enhanced fog lamps.
Mercedes has also fitted the Grand Edition with massive 20-inch 10 spokes alloy wheels finished in black with a high sheen for a special appearance. There are ‘Grand Edition’ badges on the exterior while the air fins on the bonnet are finished in chrome. There are six metallic body paints to choose from.
On the inside, the upholstery and steering wheel are wrapped in special Nappa leather. Exclusive to the Grand Edition is the RSES (rear seat entertainment system) which comes as standard with two seven-inch high definition screens for the rear seat passengers. The infotainment system now also comes with Apple Carplay and Android Auto. There are a host of active and passive safety devices as well.
