The new Mercedes-Benz CLA is making its way on to Indian shores soon and you can read about it here. At the 2019 Geneva Motor Show, Mercedes also showed a Shooting Brake version of the CLA and it looked fantastic and at the same time brought the Shooting Brake body style to entry level cars.
From the exclusive spy pics, it seems Mercedes is already readying the sultry wagon in AMG trim. We already know how the car look in the flesh so the spy pics aren’t really hiding much. Over the standard car, the AMG version will get bigger wheels, more aggressive front and rear bumpers and of course the AMG grille.
Performance will be exciting, with the SB expected to hit 100kmph in under 5 seconds. Top speed as expected will be limited to 250kmph. In AMG trim, the SB will get AWD and a dual clutch 7-speed gearbox.
We expect the CLA 35 Shooting Brake to debut at the Frankfurt Motor show in September 2019.Â
