The sleek and stylish Mercedes-AMG C43 coupe is due for its India launch on 14 March 2019. For the first time in India, the German luxury car manufacturer will be introducing the Mercedes-AMG C 43 coupe in a two-door design. Internationally, the C43 AMG can be had in sedan or estate version, while in India it will be limited to the coupe version.
The C43 AMG coupe will come with distinctive AMG-specific detailing in the form of black exterior mirror housing, sportier air intakes and quad-exhaust pipes. Additionally, the coupe will get silver-painted brake calipers with AMG lettering as standard. Inside, the coupe will be offered with artico leather upholstery with contrast red stitching.
Under the hood, the Mercedes-AMG C43 coupe is likely to get a 3.0-litre twin-turbo V6 engine that produces around 383bhp of power and 520Nm of torque. Mercedes-Benz nine-speed automatic transmission powers all four wheels. The company claims that the coupe is capable of sprinting from 0-100kmph in just about 4.7 seconds and is electronically restricted to a top speed of 250kmph. The coupe will also get the AMG ride control suspension setup which automatically adjusts the damping according to the driving modes.
