Mercedes-Benz India is on a roll expanding its physical footprint in the country. After increasing its presence in the tier II and more non-metro areas, Mercedes has opened an exclusive arena for their premium customers, the AMG buyers.
The new facility for AMG and cars like the Maybach and the Guard will now have a dedicated service bay to ensure minimal turnaround time for these valued customers. Also the technicians handling these cars will be trained at Affalterbach, AMG headquarters, and also at the Mercedes-Benz Academy. Dedicated service advisors and technicians will provide personal attention to these machines and in case of unavailability of spares, they will be flown to the workshop at no extra cost to the customers.
The first dedicated bay has been inaugurated at BU Bhandari in Pune and will soon spread out across the country. This development comes on the backdrop of a record 12,000 cars that Mercedes has sold as a part of its pre-owned business in India, stamping it's authority as the largest luxury car seller in the subcontinent.
