Mercedes-Benz will launch soon the E220 CDI. This variant will be launched to compete with the already existing BMW 520d and the just launched Audi A6 2.0TDI. Our sources confirm that the E-Class will get a new exclusive rear seat entertainment system. This feature has been added to stiffen up the competition against the newly launched A6. Mercedes-Benz hasn't announced the launch date for the E220 CDI, but we predict it to be very soon, since the car is at present with ARAI doing mileage runs.
