- New prices applicable from January 2025
- Price increase of up to Rs. 9 lakh based on the choice of model
Mercedes-Benz has officially confirmed a price hike across its model range with effect from 1 January, 2025. The automaker will revise the prices by up to three per cent due to higher operational costs.
According to the brand, the upward price revision is driven by increased material costs, inflationary pressures, and logistics expenses, thus leading to higher operational costs. Notably, Mercedes will offer price protection for all the existing and future bookings of cars that are currently not in stock. This will be valid up to 31 December.
The price increase will begin with the GLC, which will witness an upward revision of Rs. 2 lakh, going up to Rs. 9 lakh for the Mercedes-Maybach S680 limousine. Additionally, Mercedes-Benz becomes the first OEM to announce a price revision from the new calendar year. Multiple other brands are expected to follow suit in the coming days, as is the norm every year.
