Mercedes-Benz had started its new customer engagement platform, 'Luxe Drive', with an aim to provide the best and most comprehensive luxury experience to customers across the nation. After hosting successful sessions in Chandigarh, Gurgaon, Jaipur, Surat and Mumbai, the carmaker had organised the same event in Bengaluru on April 25 and 26 at the Varahasandra Express Way, Nice Road.
The Mercedes-Benz LuxeDrive showcased the expertise and performance of Mercedes-Benz cars and SUVs. Participants got a first-hand experience of this through a series of self-driving exercises on a specially designed track for the event. This was supervised and managed by a team of expert drivers that showed the various vehicle dynamics and features in both off-road and on-road conditions.
There was a nine car display for customers to experience the latest products from the Mercedes-Benz portfolio that included Dream Cars and New Generation cars. The visitors witnessed the range of AMG models and guests were offered a test drive of the wide range of Mercedes-Benz vehicles.
There was a special zone for exclusive Mercedes-Benz merchandise where guests could choose and take home their favourite merchandise. The participants and their families were kept engaged through a special kid’s zone with games for kids and the MercedesTrophy zone with exclusive MercedesTrophy goodies on display. A free car evaluation was provided to guests from Mercedes-Benz pre-owned car sales team. They were also provided with an opportunity for special trade-in and personalised finance offers.
'Luxe Drive' is an event that follows the carmaker's 'Live the Best' philosophy and engages customers through a combination of adrenalin, gourmet and haute couture. This event is a one-of-a-kind luxury experience designed exclusively for Mercedes-Benz owners in India.
