Mercedes-Benz has revealed its model line-up for the upcoming Paris Motor Show and its all looking rather good. The German automaker will display a host of vehicles ranging from electric versions of the Smart models to fire-breathing AMG GT Roadsters.
In all, several world premieres will be held from Smart, Mercedes-Benz and Mercedes-AMG. Besides the zero emission Smart fortwo coupe and Smart fortwo cabrio, there will now be an electric version of the four-seater Smart forfour that will debut in Paris.
A new member of the E-Class family will also be on show for the first time in the form of the E-Class All-Terrain. Like the Audi A6 Allroad, this new model features rugged exterior design cues and perhaps greater ride height.
From the Mercedes-AMG range, there’s GLC 43 4MATIC Coupe which will be powered by a 367bhp 3-litre V6 biturbo engine paired to a 9-speed automatic and AMG Performance 4MATIC all-wheel drive system. A further highlight is the Vision Mercedes-Maybach 6 – a 2+2-seater that pays homage to the glorious age of the aero coupes and carries this tradition forward into the future. The coupe reinterprets classic design principles and measures almost six metres in length. It’s designed as an electric car with a drive system outputting 750bhp.
Lastly, Mercedes-AMG will expand its GT family with the GT Roadster and GT C Roadster. Both these models will join the standard AMG GT, GT S and the recently introduced hard-core AMG GT R.
