The Mercedes-Benz GLS-Class has been revealed courtesy a second leaked image from off an official brochure. This is the third image of the German automaker’s new flagship SUV which is expected to be revealed by the end of this year.
The picture shows that the overall boxy design of the current GL-Class has been retained. The grille is a two-slat unit and now the Mercedes-Benz logo has become bigger. What is completely new, however, is the bumper which appears to be sportier thanks to the larger air vents. The headlights are now very similar to that of the S-Class, the core model to which this SUV is now attached to. We have already seen from the previous pictures that the side profile remains unchanged while the rear gets a chrome package for the diffuser and redesigned tail lamps.
The GLS-Class will be unveiled at the 2015 Los Angeles Auto Show later this month. It is expected to be shown at the 2016 Indian Auto Expo and is likely to be launched for the Indian market by the middle of next year.
