Mercedes-Benz has introduced the AMG Line in the GLE 300d variant with a price tag of Rs. 97.85 lakh (ex-showroom). This new launch, which replaces the standard version of the GLE 300d, also marks the entire GLE range now being offered with the AMG Line kit.
Changes to the new GLE 300d AMG Line over the outgoing edition include 20-inch five-spoke alloy wheels painted in Tremolite Grey, larger brakes, new diamond grille design, tweaked fascia, and body-coloured front and rear wing flares. Inside, the car comes equipped with the latest MBUX system and a 13-speaker Burmester-sourced music system.
At the heart of the 2024 Mercedes-Benz GLE300d AMG Line is a 2.0-litre, four-cylinder, diesel engine belting out 269bhp and 550Nm. Also up for offer is a mild-hybrid system with ISG technology that develops 20bhp and 220Nm of additional boost. Power is sent to the wheels via a nine-speed automatic transmission enabling it to run from 0-100kmph in 6.9 seconds.
