Mercedes-Benz has announced that the six-wheeled G63 AMG, officially called the 2014 G63 AMG 6X6, which it had unveiled in March, will be priced at 379, 000 Euros (Rs 3.2 Crore) and that is before VAT. While this price is bound to have many people in surprise, it was pretty much expected; after all it’s a big car with a big engine, so the big price was expected.
Let us get you updated with G63AMG 6x6. It’s based on the standard G63 AMG and has the same engine, interiors, design and underpinnings but includes two extra wheels to give the 6X6 its mammoth size. We previewed the car when it was unveiled and you can find more details about it in the link below.
The G63 AMG 6X6 will have a limited production run of 20-30 units and will mostly sell in the Middle East and Europe more so in the former due to their love for the three-pointed star and anything that can display their love for bling bling.
In this day and age of downsizing, the G63 AMG 6X6 completely stands out as it conveys none of that but then again, anyone who can afford such a vehicle has no dearth of money or space to drive the SUV.
