Although the current-generation A-Class has been around for no more than a couple of years, Mercedes-Benz has decided to come up with an updated model with refreshed styling and new features. According to Auto Express UK, the German automaker could unveil the A-Class facelift at the LA Motor Show next month.
Looking at the spy pictures, the A-Class facelift is likely to receive a slight nip and tuck around the front and rear-end. The pictures don’t reveal much in terms of drastic changes though a redesigned front bumper, new headlights and rear bumper can be expected in the facelifted model.
Like the recently updated B-Class, the A-Class will also get a significant boost in terms of in-car technology. Expect the car to feature Mercedes’ new 8-inch tablet, revised infotainment system, better quality materials and a redesigned instrument panel. Likely to arrive at next month’s LA Motor Show, the A-Class facelift will mainly compete with the BMW 1 Series.
