German luxury carmaker, Mercedes-Benz recently introduced the A-Class and B-Class ‘Night edition’ in the country. Changes are limited to visual upgrades while mechanically it continues to be powered in existing engine options.
Cosmetically, the ‘Night Edition’ cars feature black radiator grille with black-painted louvre and chrome insert. The fresh upgrades indeed makes it stand out from a regular variant while rendering it a sportier appeal.
The sides are adorned with unique 'Night Edition' badge and black mirror housing. Sitting on 17-inch five-spoke alloy wheels with black hub caps for a sporty appeal. The fresh upgrades though mild, does manage to gain some attention.
The rear section does not get major upgrades except for high gloss clack trim on rear bumper. For uniqueness, the Mercedes Benz A and B-Class Night Edition cars sport a two-pipe exhaust system with chrome-plated tailpipe.
As for interior, the vehicle now gets bigger free-standing eight inch media display unlike the standard one which features a seven-inch display. Along with accepting voice commands, the system now supports Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.
The cars get multifunction steering wheel in leather with perforations in the grip area and tube-look instrument cluster with silver-coloured round dials in chequered-flag look and red needles.
The sport seats gets contrast topstitching and seat cushion length adjustment. The vehicle also gets illuminated door scuff plates to further enhance its overall sporty Night Edition theme.
The fancy quotient just does not end here, you also have the fancy keychain with three pointed stars that glow in the dark, projecting the Night edition at its best!
