Maserati has revealed the new GranCabrio MC Stardale that will make its official debut later this week at the 2012 Paris Motor Show. Based on the top-of-the-line Granturismo MC Stradale coupe, the drop-top uses the 4.7-litre V8 mill developing 454bhp and 510Nm of torque. The engine will be mated to six-speed ZF automatic gearbox and will ride on even harder suspension setup.
The GranCabrio MC also looks different with the face exactly similar as that of the Stradale coupe. It is 48mm longer than the standard and sport versions, with a better aero package. The rear spoiler is also reworked for the MC to provide better downforce – as standard it comes painted in body colour, but customers have an opt for bare carbonfibre finish.
More details of the Masserati GranCabrio MC will be available on 29 September, when it will be presented in Paris. The car will also be made available in India on order, like most of the Maserati models after the launch.
