Maruti Suzuki India will be introducing its luxury sedan, the Kizashi into the Indian markets. Â It had unveiled the model at the Delhi Auto Expo 2010 and a year later we will see the car on the Indian roads. Kizashi meaning 'omen', 'sign', or 'warning' will certainly start the alarm bells ringing for the other car manufacturers in the country.
The Kizashi will be the fifth sedan in the Indian market after Esteem, Swift Dzire, SX4 and Baleno. It will be powered by 2.4L petrol engine which will churn out 185 bhp and will feature six-speed manual transmission, the American variant gets the option of CVT as well. The luxury sedan will be priced at around 18 lakh. The Indian consumer has always looked forward to a Maruti Suzuki car and we sure are geared up for this one.
