Maruti Suzuki to bring Baleno RS with 1-litre turbo engine at Auto Expo 2016

Maruti Suzuki will leverage Auto Expo 2016 as an opportunity to showcase its bold new range of vehicles. This new range will include a number of production-spec as well as concept models such as the Brezza compact SUV, the Ignis small car and the Baleno RS.

While we have already covered the Vitara Brezza and the Ignis, the Baleno RS is yet another car to look forward to at the Auto Expo. To be shown as a concept, the Baleno RS is a sportier version of the regular model and features Suzuki’s 1-litre BoosterJet engine. This compact turbocharged engine is expected to provide an impressive blend of performance and efficiency.

At the Expo, the Baleno RS with the 1-litre turbocharged engine will be joined by the Vitara Brezza, the Ignis and Maruti’s existing range including the Hyundai Creta-rivalling S-Cross.
