Maruti Suzuki has started a monsoon check-up camp for their customers, to get their cars checked, at their nearest dealership. The company has initiated this ‘Monsoon Fit Check’ campaign to educate their existing customers about periodic maintenance of their cars. They will also recommend parts to be changed or to be replaced so that their customers do not face any issue during the rains.
This campaign will be conducted at almost all Maruti Suzuki service centres and will continue till the end of the monsoons this year. Apart from the check-up, the manufacturer will provide 'wiper kits' developed by their parts division and will offer them at a special price. Promoted with a tagline ‘Be Aware for Safety and Complete car care’, the company aims to strengthen customer interface with over 14 million customers across the country through this campaign.
Mr. Pankaj Narula, Executive Director, Maruti Suzuki said, “Maruti Suzuki is committed towards high quality customer service which yields top vehicle performance and safety. The monsoon season is just one of the several opportunities to connect, engage and educate on importance of vehicle maintenance and safety. With ‘Monsoon Fit check-up’ we expect to target our large customer base and provide them with the maximum benefit and services. Such campaigns also help us drive in customers who may have been little inactive in getting their Maruti Suzuki cars serviced regularly.”
The current campaign will continue at Maruti Suzuki's 3,500 workshops in over 1,450 towns and cities across the country. The carmaker claims that they have conducted over 6,300 customer connect camps and through these initiatives connected with over 2,50,000 customers. Maruti Suzuki has been organising many events in a bid to keep their customers engaged and delighted. These are good initiatives from any manufacturer that will help a customer relate to his car, take care of his vehicle and maintain it in a better way.
