Maruti Suzuki is all set to launch the S-Presso micro-SUV in India tomorrow. The model has already been revealed in official images, giving us details of the exterior, interior and features. The engine specifications and variant details of the model were also previously leaked on the web.
The new Maruti Suzuki S-Presso will be available in nine variants including Std (O), Lxi, Lxi(O), Vxi, Vxi(O), VXi+, Vxi AGS, Vxi(O) AGS and Vxi+ AGS. Powering the model will be a BS-VI compliant 1.0-litre petrol engine capable of producing 67bhp. Transmission options will include a five-speed manual gearbox and an AMT unit.
Exterior highlights of the upcoming Maruti S-Presso include dual-tone bumpers, new grille with four trapezoid-shaped inserts finished in chrome, steel wheels with wheel covers, fender-mounted turn indicators, body-colored ORVMs and door handles, C-shaped tail lights and an integrated spoiler.
Inside, the Maruti Suzuki S-Presso will come equipped with a centrally mounted instrument console, all-black cabin with orange coloured inserts for the AC vents and dashboard, SmartPlay studio, front power windows, steering mounted controls, centrally positioned cup holders, USB and 12V power sockets as well as dual airbags. Once launched, the S-Presso will rival the Renault Kwid and the Datsun Redi-Go.
