Maruti Suzuki offering discount of up to Rs 35,000 on the WagonR

Maruti Suzuki is offering a cash discount of Rs 35,000 on all variants of its B-segment tallboy, the WagonR. CarWale spoke to few MSIL dealers who confirmed that the LXi and Duo models were being offered for a cash discount of Rs 35,000 whereas VXi and CNG models were being offered at a discounted price of Rs 20,000 and Rs 25,000 respectively.

Maruti had previously launched a limited edition of the WagonR called the Pro. The Pro was given an 11-feature cosmetic package which included changes to both the inside and the outside of the car.  

Most manufacturers generally offer year end discounts on cars to clear the inventory and make way for new stock of cars as well as to boost sales which tend to become sluggish once the festival season is over.
