Maruti Suzuki Dzire special edition gets additional features

- Available in base LXI and LDI variants
- Features include - front power windows, rear parking sensors, wheel covers, two-speaker Bluetooth system and central locking

In an effort to boost sales for the Dzire, Maruti Suzuki has introduced a special edition kit for the lower variants, namely the LXI and the LDI variants. For an additional cost of Rs 30,000 over the standard model, the Dzire LXI/LDI customers can get an additional set of features which include front power windows, rear parking sensors and wheel covers. Additionally, the company will also offer two-speaker Bluetooth system and central locking.

The standard version of Maruti Suzuki Dzire LXI is priced at Rs 5.56 lakhs, while the LDI variant is priced at Rs 6.56 lakhs (ex-showroom, Delhi). Both the variants are offered with standard safety features such as Anti-lock Braking System (ABS) with Electronic Brake-force Distribution (EBD) and Brake Assist (BA) and dual front airbags. Changes in the Dzire special edition is limited to cosmetic and feature upgrades.

This special edition model will further strengthen its game against the likes of the Honda Amaze, Hyundai Xcent and Tata Tigor in India.
