The country’s largest car manufacturer Maruti Suzuki has announced an interesting range of discounts and offers for the Model Year 2019 (MY 2019) stock in the country. The 2019 stock will arrive at dealerships around mid-January. Apart from MY 2019 offers, interested customers can also avail higher discounts on Model Year 2018 cars. The company’s popular seller, the Alto attracts a wide range of cash discounts such as Rs 15,000 (Alto 800), Rs 20,000 (Alto K10 MT) and Rs 25,000 (Alto K10 AMT). The Wagon R (MT/AMT) attracts a discount of Rs 20,000, while the Celerio attracts a cash discount of Rs 20,000, Rs 25,000 and Rs 30,000 on the CNG, petrol manual and AMT options respectively. The popular selling models from Maruti Suzuki, namely the Swift and the Dzire attract a discount of Rs 25,000 on the petrol variant while the diesel variant attracts a discount of Rs 20,000.
In an effort to further boost the sales, the company is offering exchange bonus on cars which are less than seven years old. Under this program, customers can avail an exchange bonus of Rs 30,000 on variants like the Alto 800, Alto K10 manual, Celerio, Swift diesel and the Dzire petrol variants. The AMT variant of the Alto K10 attract an exchange bonus of Rs 35,000, while a bonus of Rs 25,000 is offered with the Swift petrol and the Brezza. The Dzire diesel is offered with an exchange bonus of Rs 40,000.
As for cars older than seven years, customers can avail an exchange bonus of Rs 20,000 on the Alto 800, Alto K10 manual, Wagon R manual and the Dzire petrol variants. The AMT variants of the Alto K10 and the Wagon R attract an exchange bonus of Rs 25,000 while the Celerio, Swift diesel and the Brezza attract an exchange bonus of Rs 15,000. The Swift petrol and the Dzire diesel attract an exchange bonus of Rs 10,000 and Rs 30,000 respectively.
