-In line with price drop of other models
-1.0-litre turbo petrol engine
Maruti Suzuki has slashed the price of the Baleno RS by Rs one lakh. This is the largest price cut on a model by the Japanese automaker and is a part of price drop that they had announced on September 25. The drop of Rs one lakh in the price of the Baleno RS sees its ex-showroom Delhi price go down from Rs 8.88 lakh to Rs 7.88 lakh.
The Baleno RS is based on the Alpha petrol variant and gets all the top-of-the-line features offered to the Baleno range. Its main highlight is of course the 1.0-litre boosterjet engine that produces 101bhp/150Nm and mated to a five-speed manual.
The Baleno RS gets unique colour options and the same alloy wheels but trimmed out in a slightly different colour scheme as compared to the standard car.
