Maruti Suzuki announces price cut of Rs 5,000 on select models in lieu of corporate tax reduction

- Price cut will be applicable on ex-showroom cost beginning 25 September

- The price reduction would exclude the ongoing promotional offers

Maruti Suzuki India has announced a price cut in order to pass on the benefits of corporate tax reduction. The company has reduced the price of select models by Rs 5,000 (on ex-showroom price). 

In the Arena range, models including all variants of the Alto 800, Alto K10, Swift diesel, Celerio, Dzire diesel, Tour S diesel and the Vitara Brezza will receive the price cut. In the Nexa range, models such as the Ignis, Baleno diesel and the S-Cross (all variants) will witness a reduction in price.

The new prices will be applicable from 25 September 2019, across the country. This reduction of price will be over and above the current promotional offers for the company’s range of vehicles.
