Maruti Suzuki has updated their entry-level hatchback in India, the Alto 800. The facelifted version gets improved styling, a couple of new features and an optional driver-side airbag even on the base trim.

The features list now includes a rear bottle holder, co-driver side map pocket, rear door child lock and co-driver side ORVM as standard fitment. For an additional Rs 6,000 – Maruti Suzuki is offering a driver side airbag across all trims.
