- Over 200 new service outlets inaugurated
- More than 3,600 facilities across 1,700 cities now
- New initiatives planned to expand to more regions
Maruti Suzuki has added 200 new service stations to its dealer network in India in 2018-19. This makes it the largest addition by any automaker in a year in our country.
The carmaker has hit this double century in a short span of time with a rate of adding a new service outlet every second day. Eventually, this service network now spans to 3,634 workshops across 1,789 towns and cities. And apart from the usual service of cars, the workshops now get innovative facilities too. These include a Quick Response Team (QRT), night service and the adoption of digital communication with customers.
Maruti Suzuki has already developed a long relationship of trust with Indians for over three decades now. Their new initiatives are aimed to strengthen this further and provide a hassle-free service experience. For example, QRT has over 340 bike riders to provide faster on-road assistance. Most of these services have begun in select cities and will soon expand to more and more regions as well.
