Maruti launches Limited Edition Swift at Rs. 4.99 lakhs

- Base LDi and LXi trim get additional features

- No additional cost for the features

The Swift has always been one of the strongest sellers from Maruti Suzuki and with the festive season coming up, Maruti wants to make sure it rakes in the big numbers. As a result it has gone ahead and launched a Limited Edition variant of the Swift. The Limited Edition is applicable only to the base variants, LDi and LXI which get additional features. 

Over the standard car, it now gets a music system with Bluetooth, front power windows, ABS, dual airbags, rear parking assist, central locking with remote, tilt steering and black wheel caps. Even with the additional features, the price remains the same at Rs. 4.99 lakh ex-showroom. The Swift is powered by a 1.2 petrol and a 1.3-litre diesel engine. The Limited Edition will be available with the 5-speed manual gearbox only with the AMT not being offered.
