Maruti Suzuki, Honda India and MRF have been given special recognition awards by J.D. Power Asia Pacific in Delhi. The companies were awarded the prizes for their continued outstanding performance in meeting customer expectations.
Maruti Suzuki was given the special recognition award for customer satisfaction with dealer service. The manufacturer has topped the India Customer Service Index Study (CSI) for 14 years consecutively since 2000. For Honda, the City received the award for initial quality. The City scored the highest rank in the mid-size segment of cars in the Initial Quality Study (IQS) successively for 11years since 2003. The award for Continued Outstanding Performance in Original Equipment Tyre Satisfaction was bagged by MRF. The company has been topping the charts of the Original Equipment Tire Customer Satisfaction Index (TCSI) Study for 10 times now.

Power Asia Pacific, while presenting the awards to the companies honoured at the event, said, “Sustaining outstanding performance calls for embedded processes, an aligned workforce and, most importantly, possessing an unrelenting spirit in the pursuit of excellence. The recognition from J.D. Power Asia Pacific should create a sense of great achievement amongst all these companies as the study is determined based on the evaluations made by taking feedback from customers based on their ownership experience.
