Maruti Suzuki will launch its first EV early next year, and ahead of this development, the carmaker continues testing the eVX across the country. New spy images now reveal what could be the production-spec design of the new alloy wheels.
As seen in the images here, this Hyundai Creta EV-rival will feature a new five-spoke design for the alloy wheel, and it could be offered in a blacked-out or diamond-cut finish, depending on the choice of variant. Additionally, the mid-size electric SUV will get black cladding on the side profile and the wheel arches.
Elsewhere, the 2025 Maruti eVX will receive LED headlamps, new front and rear bumpers, C-pillar-mounted rear door handles, two-spoke steering wheel, large touchscreen infotainment system, fresh centre console, rotary dial for drive modes, front centre armrest, dual-tone upholstery, and more.
Maruti is expected to offer the eVX with a battery pack paired with an electric motor, the latter having a capacity of 55-60kWh. This powertrain is likely to return a range of 500km on a single full charge. Once launched, it will rival the Hyundai Creta EV, Honda Elevate EV, and the Tata Harrier EV.
