After the sales rally earlier this year, the festive season hasn’t turned out well in terms of car sales in India. Despite the slow market, Mahindra has managed to garner steady sales with one per cent growth over the corresponding sales in November 2017. Mahindra sold 16,188 units in November this year as against the 16,030 units in November last year.
Mahindra had raced to the third position on the sales charts with more than 22,000 cars sold in the month of October and when compared to that, the sales this month have taken a hit of more than 20 per cent with just 16,188 cars sold last month. Mahindra has recently launched two new products, the Marazzo which seems to have received a warm response in the market and the latest being the flagship, Alturas G4 - a Fortuner rival.
