- To get 19-inch alloy wheels
- Will offer three screens, white upholstery, and more
Mahindra is ready to storm the EV market with its upcoming models. The automaker has plans to launch multiple electric vehicles starting next year. In the list is the XUV700-based coupe SUV, the XUV.e9, which has been spied on tests on numerous occasions. Now, another round of spy pictures has revealed more information about the upcoming EV.
The coupe all-electric version of the XUV700 will get EV bits and pieces throughout its exterior. Up front, the fascia will get a blanked-off grille with a full-width light bar and a split headlamps setup. Furthermore, as per the spy pictures, the XUV.e9 will ride on 19-inch aero-patterned wheels with 245/55 R tyres.
Another interesting design element of the XUV.e9 is the charging flap, which is located at the rear beneath the connected taillamps. There’s also a glowing indicator for the charging status of the EV.
On the inside, it was known that the coupe EV would get a three-screen setup on the dashboard. The new spy pictures reveal the white and black cabin theme along with white seat upholstery. That said, the XUV.e9 will come loaded with plenty of high-end features such as a Level 2 ADAS suite, panoramic sunroof, dual-zone climate control, bezel-less auto-dimming IRVM, powered front seats with ventilation, connected car tech, and a 360-degree surround camera with blind spot monitor.
