- To be based on the XUV700 SUV
- Will make its debut next year
Mahindra is working on multiple models that will be launched during this year and in 2025. The models scheduled to debut next year include an XUV700-based all-electric coupe currently known as the XUV.e9. The electric coupe SUV will be heavily inspired by the former when it comes to features and tech on offer.
As seen in the image, the interior of the XUV.e9 will resemble that of the XUV700. It will come loaded with connected twin displays for the infotainment and instrument cluster, door panel mounted switches for seat adjustment, auto-dimming IRVM, and a redesigned centre console with a new gear lever. Other elements include a twin-spoke steering wheel with an illuminated logo and white seat upholstery with perforation for ventilation function.
Meanwhile, the other spy picture reveals the bootspace of the upcoming coupe SUV, which looks massive with the front seat offering a split function. Also, the entire tailgate section rises to reveal the bootspace, which we speculate will offer a powered opening and closing function.
In terms of specifications, the details of the battery pack and driving range have not been revealed yet. However, we expect the model to be powered by a large battery pack that can deliver a driving range of approximately 500-600km on a single charge.
