Mahindra has issued a recall for the XUV300 sub-compact SUV. According to the company, the model has been recalled to replace the suspension component on a select batch of XUV300’s manufactured up to 19 May, 2019.
Mahindra said that all customers of the XUV300 affected due to the recall will be contacted by the brand and subsequent rectification, if any, will be carried out free of charge. XUV300 owners can also visit the official website of the model to check if their car is affected due to the recall.
Launched in February this year, the Mahindra XUV300 is priced between Rs 8.10 lakhs and Rs 12.69 lakhs (ex-showroom, Delhi). The model is available with a 1.2-litre petrol engine and a 1.5-litre diesel engine. Transmission duties are taken care of by a six-speed manual gearbox as standard while the diesel mill is also offered with an AMT unit.
