Mahindra XUV300 AMT bookings open in India

- Mahindra dealerships are taking bookings at an amount of Rs 20,000.

- Only the diesel motor will get the six-speed AMT.

- The XUV300 AMT is launched at Rs 11.50 lakhs (ex-showroom Delhi).

Mahindra has launched the XUV300 AMT in India. it's available in the W8 and W8 (O) variants and they are priced at Rs 11.50 lakhs and Rs 12.70 lakhs respectively. Mahindra XUV300 gets a Magneti Marelli-sourced six-speed AMT gearbox that is offered with a 1.5-litre turbocharged diesel engine, which makes 115bhp and 300Nm. As far as pricing is concerned, the XUV300 AMT costs Rs 55,000 more than the corresponding manual counterpart.

There's also a 1.2-litre three-cylinder turbocharged petrol motor on offer. However, it doesn't get an automatic transmission anytime soon. That said, the Mahindra XUV300 comes loaded with features to the gills. It gets segment-first features like dual-zone climate control, steering modes, heated mirrors and much more. Since its launch in India, the XUV300, along with the Marazzo, have been raking in decent sales numbers for Mahindra.
