The Bharat NCAP crash test safety rating of the Mahindra XUV 3XO is out, and the SUV has scored a full five stars in the crash test.
In adult occupant protection, the XUV 3XO scored an impressive 29.36 out of a possible 32 points. In child occupant protection, it scored 43 out of 49 points. The tested prototype of the XUV 3XO was equipped with six airbags as standard, electronic stability control, seat belt reminder, and pre-tensioner with load limiter.
The XUV 3XO is offered with 1.2-litre petrol, 1.2-litre TGDi, and 1.5-litre diesel engines with manual and automatic gearboxes. It's worth noting that the BNCAP results of the Mahindra XUV400 and the Thar Roxx are also out, and they too have secured a full five-star safety rating.
