Mahindra has revealed key timelines of the new XEV 9e and BE 6 EVs. Back in November 2024, the carmaker announced the prices of the entry-level variants, followed by the prices of the top-end variants earlier this week.
Mahindra has opened the option to ‘add your preference’ starting 7 January. This will be followed by a three-phase process for the test drives. The latter will begin in six cities on 14 January as a part of phase 1, including Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Pune, Chennai, and Hyderabad.
Similarly, phase 2 of the test drives will commence on 24 January in regions including Ahmedabad, Bhopal, Cochin, Coimbatore, Goa, Howrah, Indore, Jaipur, Jalandhar, Kolkata, Lucknow, Ludhiana, Surat, Vadodara, Chandigarh, and Trichy. In Phase 3, test drive will begin on a pan India basis from 7 February.
Interested customers can book the BE 6 and XEV 9e EV siblings from 14 February. It is to be noted that the booking window will be open only for the 79kWh versions. Additionally, the carmaker will undertake the first lot of deliveries in early March.
