As a part of its new online marketing initiatives, Mahindra has unveiled ‘Bring the Showroom Home’, interactive VR experience. This aim of this initiative is for customers to get a 360 degree, all-encompassing and immersive virtual showroom experience.
The ‘Bring the Showroom Home’ platform has three features - virtual showroom, self-explore and make-my-SUV. All three are aimed at enabling customers to experience the vehicle of their choice, in its entirety.
The VR experience is a part of the Indian automaker’s pre-purchase stage efforts. In this regard, it has already launched its SyouV mobile app, whereby potential Mahindra buyers can access a variety of information like dealer stock availability, booking a test drive as well as being able to customise the Mahindra vehicle that they aim to purchase.
This new VR experience has been launched in Mumbai for now, but will be rolled out in 20 major cities in the country by the end of March.
