Mahindra has officially commenced the bookings of its latest SUV, the Thar Roxx, in the country. The model was launched on 15 August, 2024 at a starting ex-showroom price of Rs. 12.99 lakh. Customers can now book and expect the deliveries to commence in the coming weeks.
The five-door Mahindra Thar Roxx is being offered in RWD and 4x4 guise broadly in six variants, namely, MX1, MX3, MX5, AX3L, AX5L, and AX7L. As for the colour options, one can choose from seven different exterior paint hues, including Deep Forest, Everest White, Tango Red, Stealth Black, Nebula Blue, Burnt Sienna, and Battleship Grey.
Mechanically, the Thar Roxx is available with two powertrain options – a 2.0-litre mStallion turbo-petrol and a 2.2-litre mHawk diesel engine. Both engines are paired with a six-speed manual and an automatic torque converter unit.

All the variants of the Thar Roxx were initially launched with a white interior until recently. The automaker has introduced the Mocha Brown theme for the 4x4 versions. However, customers will have to wait till January 2025 for the delivery of the Mocha Brown 4x4 versions.
