Mahindra’s highly anticipated launch of the year, the Thar Roxx, also known as the five-door Thar, was finally launched in August this year. After a range of updates made for the lifestyle SUV over the last few months, the automaker has now commenced deliveries of the car.
The Mahindra Thar Roxx is offered in six variants, namely MX1, MX3, AX3L, MX5, AX5L, and AX7L. Further, customers can choose from seven colours including Stealth Black, Tango Red, Everest White, Deep Forest, Nebula Blue, Battleship Grey, and Burnt Sienna.
Powering the new Thar Roxx are 2.0-litre turbo-petrol and 2.2-litre diesel engines in multiple states of tune, paired with six-speed manual and torque converter automatic gearboxes. Also up for offer are 4x2 and 4x4 versions.
Exterior highlights of the 2024 Thar Roxx include LED projector headlamps, new multi-slat grille, dual-tone alloy wheels, squared LED taillights, tailgate-mounted spare wheel, and C-pillar-mounted rear door handles. Inside, the SUV comes equipped with a panoramic sunroof, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, fully digital colour instrument cluster, ADAS suite, ventilated front seats, automatic climate control, and a 65W USB Type-C charging port.
