Mahindra has unveiled the Super XUV300 ahead of its campaign for the 2019 INRC season. As the name suggests, it’s a rally-ready version of the XUV300 compact SUV and has been rigorously developed to set the trails ablaze during rallies, with its petrol and diesel-powered engines.
The silhouette is mistakable for the XUV300 but in this rally trim it has been painted in combination grey, black and Mahindra’s signature orange with the body adorned in stripes. It’s all business inside with the roll cages and the rally-spec racing buckets and the rally spec dashboard.
Team Mahindra Adventure, comprising Gaurav Gill & co-driver Musa Sherif and Amittrajit Ghosh with co-driver Ashwin Naik, will be driving the fleet of Super XUV300s in the upcoming season of the Indian National Rally Championship (INRC).
Earlier, Mahindra Adventure’s Super XUV 500 consistently dominated the tracks since its entry into the Indian Rally Championship in 2013. In fact, the Super XUV500 has won the driver’s and constructor's championships back to back in 2017 and 2018.
