Mahindra and Mahindra Ltd. have announced the launch of Mahindra QWIK service. It is a unique service initiated for Mahindra vehicle owners. As the name suggests ‘QWIK’ will enable the customers to reduce the waiting time at service centres by getting their cars ‘quickly’ serviced. This service was started in Chennai recently.
The QWIK service consists of a compact workshop which houses one or two bays. These workshops will be placed at important locations in the city and technicians and service advisors who will work here have been specially trained on productivity enhancement techniques. Their aim will be to service the vehicle in the shortest time possible.
These bays are equipped with timer clocks. Reverse countdown on the clock starts once the car reaches the bay for servicing. A waiting period of 90 minutes or less is assured to the customer depending on the nature of the work. Meanwhile, customers can wait at a comfortable lounge, which is air-conditioned and Wi-Fi enabled.
With services like QWIK, the carmaker definitely plans to increase the relationship with their customer and provide them with efficient and fast services.
