Mahindra H-series Xylo launched for Rs 8.23 lakh

Mahindra has launched the H-series Xylo MUV for Rs 8.23 lakh (ex-showroom Mumbai BS IV variant). The H-series is available in three variants H4, H8 and the top of the line H9 with no change in prices for the H8 and H9 as compared to the outgoing E-series variants.  However, the biggest change is that the Xylo will now be powered by the more powerful mHawk engine that currently sits in all variants of the Scorpio LX and above.  

The H4 gets ABS while the H8 is being offered with ABS and Airbags. The top of the line H9 includes several unique features like Voice Command Technology (VCT), Cruise Control and Digital Drive Assist System. The H-series Xylo will be available in one new colour; Dolphin Grey. 

 The mHawk engine is a diesel mill produces 120PS and 280Nm of torque. Power is transmitted to the rear-wheels via a five-speed manual gearbox. The mHawk engine was previously introduced in the top-end E9 variant of the Xylo last year.
