Mahindra Bolero Power Plus now gets ABS

In May, Mahindra Bolero fitted with ABS was spotted at a dealership. Now, Mahindra has discreetly put up the Bolero Power Plus with ABS on their website. The SUV gets ABS as standard fitment but there is no official announcement on the pricing yet. 

It was expected that Mahindra will launch the 2019 Bolero with ABS but there has been no word from the carmaker so far. After the Bolero Power Plus, ABS should be offered with the standard Bolero as well. Apart from that, we also expect other safety features like driver’s side airbag, speed alert warning, seat belt reminders and rear parking sensors to be offered in both the models. 

Furthermore, the BS-VI compliant engine is expected to be part of the update as well. The 2.5-litre four-cylinder motor in the Bolero and the smaller 1.5-litre engine in the Power Plus are soon expected to comply with the new regulations.
