Mahindra has added yet another feather to its cap in terms of safety, as the BE 6 has earned a five-star rating in the Bharat NCAP crash test. Notably, the results of the XEV 9e are also out, with the model receiving full marks for adult occupant protection.
Coming back to the BE 6, the latest EV from the Indian automaker has attained 31.97 out of 32 points for adult occupant protection and 45 out of 49 points for child occupant protection. Furthermore, the rating applies to the entire variant matrix.
In terms of safety features, the new Mahindra BE 6 comes equipped with standard safety features including six airbags, ABS with EBD, ESC, reverse parking sensors, seatbelt reminder system, speed alert system, and pedestrian protection.
