No change in the top ten order, Grosjean up in 12th position for Lotus.
We are expecting three stops from most cars and the first of the cars should start coming-in in the next three laps. Pastor Maldonando retires in lap 8.
We are in lap 7 and Nico Rosberg goes fastest clocking a timing of 1:47.321 -Bianchi gets the first stop and go penalty in 2014 for causing a crash in turn 4 first lap involving Maldonado.

Mercedes once again posted a strong performance with Lewis Hamilton taking the second pole in as many races. Wet conditions had negated some of the straight-line advantage of Mercedes powertrain, giving Red Bull and Ferrari a chance of competing for pole position. Vettel managed to get on the first row alongside Hamilton, while Fernando Alonso sits close behind on the second row at P4 behind Mercedes of Nico Rosberg.
