Lexus has just unveiled the second teaser of its LF-1 Limitless crossover before its official debut at Detroit. The short video shows some very radical lighting in the front of the car which begins with a blue-illuminated Lexus badge, which then spreads to a sea of LED lights through what we can assume are the LF-1 Limitless' headlights. The pattern follows Lexus' typical recent design with jagged and striking edges. Finally, a set of orange-ish lights illuminate in the flood of LEDs, which we will also assume are the concept car's turn signals.
The CALTY design studio in Southern California is responsible for the crossover's design, which notably created the Toyota FT-1 concept. From what we can tell, it takes the brand’s latest styling direction, which debuted on the LC coupe and LS sedan, and applies it to a SUV coupe body. The company has yet to reveal any additional details about the concept but according to Lexus, the LF-1 will be its flagship crossover and will reflect the next genre in luxury crossover vehicles. More on the car soon.
