Lexus has launched its flagship sedan, the LS 500h in India at a starting price of Rs 1.77 crores (ex-showroom, all India). The newly launched sedan is available in three variants - Luxury, Ultra Luxury and Distinct.
The LS 500h is based on the GA-L platform. The sedan manages to offer a fine balance of aggressiveness and elegance at the same time. The smooth flowing silhouette ends in the typical LED taillights.
The sedan gets the signature Spindle grille which is flanked by sleek wedged headlights.
The front section gets a large touchscreen screen infotainment system along with an intuitive digital instrument cluster. The Takumi-inspired cabin is wrapped in exotic leather upholstery and there is a generous use of premium materials.
Lexus claims that the LS 500h offers Class-leading luxury of 1022mm of legroom. Moreover, the rear seats offer comforts of the Shiatsu massage technology, heating functions and ottomans for added comfort. Â
The vehicle sits on large 245/45RF20 tyres with 18-inch disc brake on the front and 17-inch disc brake for the rear wheels.
