Lamborghini has launched the Gallardo LP 560-4 and the LP 570-4 Edizione Tecnica in the Indian market for Rs 2.61 Crore (ex-showroom Delhi) and Rs 2.92 Crore (ex-showroom Delhi) respectively. The Italian automaker also held a track day at the Buddh International Circuit in Greater Noida where it launched the cars.
The Gallardo LP 560-4 is powered by a 5.2-litre V10 engine which produces 552bhp and 540Nm of torque. It transmits power to the wheels via a six-speed manual or a six-speed automatic gearbox and a permanent four-wheel drive system. The car features many revised design elements from its standard cousin both for looks and aerodynamic functionality. It has also been given a new paint job as well as new alloy wheels.
The Gallardo LP 570-4 Edizione Tecnica is also powered by the same 5.2-litre V10 engine but which produces 543bhp and 540Nm of torque. The engine transmits power to the wheels via a six-speed manual or a six-speed automatic gearbox and a permanent four-wheel drive system. Features of the Edizione Tecnica include the fixed high rear wing, as well as brakes in carbon-ceramic technology. They combine low weight with outstanding fade resistance and durability.
The Gallardo LP 570-4 Edizione Tecnica is available in three new shades Nero Nemesis (matt black) body with Arancio Argos (orange) pillars and front air intakes, Bianco Canopus (matt white) body with Arancio Argos pillars and front air intakes, and Arancio Argos body with Nero Nemesis pillars and front air intakes. In addition to this, all the new Gallardo models can be customised using the “Ad Personam” Lamborghini program.
