Sit in a Lamborghini and that too at the click of a button. How? Check out this innovative feature derived from Google’s street view technology. It allows visitors to navigate through the two-storeyed Lamborghini official museum located in Sant’Agata Bolognese and that too without spending a penny on air tickets to Italy.
The visit gives one virtual access to the museum spread across 1,500 square meters. One can find there a selection of Lamborghini legends such as the Miura, Countach, Diablo, Murcielago and many prototypes, limited editions, one-off models, racing cars and marine engines. Apart from these four-wheeled powerhouses, unique scale models of original styling can also be found on display along with some of the legendary V12 powertrains.
Automobili Lamborghini, with this feature, has become the first Italian company in the luxury automotive industry to launch an indoor view of its exclusive museum. The technology gives you a 360° panoramic view of Lamborghini’s select assortment of iconic supercars. It also has a feature which lets you virtually see some of the select models from inside.
Also in the museum, you'll be able to see the Reventòn, which was limited to just 20 models, as well as two museum-exclusive cars: the Estoque and the Sesto Elemento.
The best feature of this site is the virtual tour of the inside of the cars and the huge décor that greets you on the second floor of the museum. The Museo Lamborghini has taken down the Giallo Orion Murciélago LP640 from its mount and taking its place is the Aventador LP700-4 Roadster against the wall.
